We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our team. This position is part time, with three 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. shifts per week. Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the face of our clinic and help us meet the needs of our clients and their horses. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to support clients and coworkers.

Equine industry or veterinary clinic experience is beneficial but not required.

Job duties include:

  • Providing client service and communication
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering telephones and routing calls
  • Corresponding with clients via email and telephone
  • Data entry

Qualified candidates will be comfortable in the Google Workspace environment (i.e., Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive), using technology, and learning new software applications.
