Camille Stewart, DVM
Intern Veterinarian
Dr. Camille Stewart grew up in central Maryland, where she developed a strong foundation in the equine world through competing in eventing. Her horse, Owen, has been with her since high school and now enjoys retirement just down the road from her in Bend.
She attended Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Equine Pre-Veterinary Medicine Studies. After graduation, she returned to Maryland to work as an assistant for her longtime mentor at his equine practice before continuing her veterinary education at Colorado State University.
She is passionate about comprehensive, evidence-based equine general practice, with particular interests in client education, emergency field medicine, and supporting the development of future equine veterinarians.
Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys hiking, lake days, and spending time with her fiancé, Todd, and their two dogs, Sam and Nugget.
