In 2020, Aly came to Oregon from Missouri for an internship involving working with horses and kids. She loved the area so much, she decided to stay. We’re glad she did! Aly joined our team as a veterinary assistant in 2023. 

A Missouri State University graduate, Aly holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science with an emphasis on equine science. She enjoys using her science and veterinary knowledge at BEMC to make a difference for horses and their owners.   

Aly describes herself as a lifelong learner and finds working with young horses particularly rewarding. She has a Welsh-Arabian cross that she often takes on trail rides with friends.   

Outside of work and horses, Aly enjoys hiking, reading, going to the gym, and exploring Oregon.
